- An item(s) was found to be defective or damaged upon delivery

- A delivered item(s) is different from what was described online
- An item(s) was in the initial order but was not delivered
From the time of receiving your order you will have 5 days to return/exchange your purchase, as long as it meets our return terms.
*All items for return must comply with the following terms & conditions:
- Item(s) must be its original, unused purchase condition
- Packaging of each item must be unopened and not defaced in any manner
- Item(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a receipt or tax invoice
- If the item(s) was purchased as part of a set, pack or bundle, all other item(s) in the set, pack or bundle must also be returned

After submitting your return/exchange request, we will pick up the item from your location and then allow 24 hours to process the refund/exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once your return/exchange has been processed.
